The Business Development Unit supports CMMI’s efforts in developing business responsibly and efficiently. It leads marketing and communication efforts, including the organisation of events, initiates and supports outreach and dissemination activities and generally ensures that CMMI builds and maintains a strong brand and network. It ensures that CMMI has an effective integrated management system and that it complies with applicable local laws and regulations. The BDU introduces and manages change, including digital transformation and the analysis of the business to find ways to improve its processes, products, services, software and infrastructure.
