Rafaella is a qualified Chartered Shipbroker, with an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School and a BSc in Economics from the University of Reading.
She joined Fleet Management in 2015 and worked as an Accounts Officer until 2019 when she became responsible for the Business Development of the Company’s Cyprus office as a Business Development Assistant Manager. With a six-year experience in the marine and maritime sector and with an extensive network, she is well equipped with the practical knowledge of the shipping industry and valuable insights to face the challenges of international marine and maritime business.
In 2019, she received her Professional Qualification from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, and she is now a full member of the Institute. She has been an active member of WISTA since 2019 and in 2021 she was elected as a Young Board Affiliate for a one-year term.
She is currently the Business Development Manager of the Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute.
