The Finance and Administration Unit manages the financial accountability, funding, reporting and support to other functions/ centres. One of its main roles is to ensure that expenditure is made in line with funds available, in terms of timing and funding source (e.g., EC, Government, Projects, Letters of Commitments). Finally, the unit has the central role in the public procurement process as well as the HR function.
