Paschalina is an Archaeologist and holds a master diploma in Maritime Archaeology from the University of Southern Denmark (2019). Her diving qualifications include the Commercial Scuba Diver Diploma (30m) (Danish Maritime Authority | 2018), the Scientific Diver Diploma (CMAS|2021) and the Dive Master Diploma (PADI|2023). She is also experienced in underwater surveys and excavations and since 2019 she has participated in relevant projects and expeditions of the Underwater Surveying Team of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Ephorate of Underwater Antiquities of the Ministry of Culture in Greece. She has also been actively involved in the communication with the local authorities so to consolidate the responsible promotion of Underwater Cultural Heritage sites via the creation of Knowledge Awareness Centers; aiming at increasing accessibility of underwater sites also to non-divers with the help of technology.  Her digital skills are relevant to the process of data in GIS, Digital 3D modeling and Photogrammetry. She knows Greek, English, Italian and Danish and she is involved in the implementation of several EU co-funded projects (BLUEMED, MeDryDive, MareBox, Science Diver, U-archaeoRoV, iblueculture).
