Orfeas Stavrou is a Chartered Psychologist with a specialisation in the division of Occupational Psychology. He holds a BSc Degree in Psychology and an MSc Degree in Business Psychology.
As Managing Partner of Evalion-SHL Greece & Cyprus, he supports companies of different sizes from various industries to improve their Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes by making unbiased objective decisions based on scientifically proven methodologies. His expertise covers multiple areas such as leadership assessment, high potential identification, career counselling, psychometric tools development and use, assessment centres design and training.
On the academic side, Orfeas is an instructor at the MSc in HRM of the University of Cyprus and the MSc in Business Psychology of the Metropolitan College of Athens (University of East London programme). In addition, on an annual basis, he trains and certifies students of MSc in HRM at the Athens University of Economics and Business and MSc in Occupational Psychology at Deree College.
Through his role as a Research Fellow of CMMI Orfeas supports the design and development of innovative scientific solutions focused on the Human Element of the maritime sector.
